Artisans offers to our community the artwork of more than 35 different Central Florida artists. We have photography, stained and fused glass, fine art paintings, fiber art, leather goods, jewelry, home decor and gift items. We launch our Bra-Vo fundraiser in August every year to raise money to fund low or no cost diagnostics for breast cancer testing for Lake County residents. This effort culminates in October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a month long event sponsored by Artisans.
Artisans supports both the Marilyn Dodge Scholarship for the Visual Arts and the Lee Dodge Scholarship for the Performing Arts. These scholarships are presented annually to recipients chosen by the Women's Committee of Fine Arts of Mount Dora from among local High School applicants.

Our Supporters
Mount Dora Center for the Arts is a 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit organization. The Center is committed to bringing arts alive in our diverse community by fostering creative minds and growth. MDCA is a multifaceted community center, providing fine art gallery exhibitions, educational programs for all ages and levels, monthly 2nd Friday Art in the Alley, an annual fine art auction, and a multitude of volunteer opportunities for all ages. The Mount Dora Center for the Arts also presents the Annual Mount Dora Arts Festival every first weekend of February.
