Meet Mike McCrary

BIOGRAPHY
Mike was born in Orlando back when there were more orange trees than tourists. He grew up spending time surfing, fishing and generally being outdoors as much as possible. These early interests nurtured a love and appreciation for the natural world.

Mike spent thirty years as a graphic designer and commercial artist, working primarily in the advertising and publishing industry. Now retired, he is relatively new to the world of fine art.
Primarily working in acrylic on canvas, Mike’s style might be described as sometimes slightly surreal and sometimes whimsical. His love of animals and nature are the subjects of his art, with bright and sometimes wild colors infused into the work. Originals and prints are available in a variety of sizes and formats.
